The space
The queen bed sits in its own bedroom, which opens into the living space and the seating area. The balcony door is off that, for air and a view down the street. Bold colour against monochrome walls, the way the rest of the house is done, and a coffee machine and kettle within reach of the bed.
Guest access
Everyone staying here has the Raines Law Room on the ground floor, the laundry room, and wifi quick enough for a working day. What guests use most is the Culture Curators. They book tables and find tickets, and they will tell you which block is worth the walk.
Things to know
There is no gym and no restaurant beyond the bar, so a stay here leans on the neighbourhood. Smoking, pets and events are all no. The building is two 1920s brownstones joined together, put up as a private club for Williams College men, which is where the name comes from.
