Check-In & Payment Verification Policy
- A valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the reservation must be presented at check-in.
- The credit card used for payment must also belong to the guest staying at the property or an authorized cardholder, and a matching government-issued ID for the cardholder must be provided.
After-Hours Arrivals
Guests arriving after 10PM are required to notify the concierge team and complete a pre-check-in verification process before access instructions will be released. This includes:
- A signed registration card
- A copy of the guest’s government-issued ID
- A copy of the cardholder’s government-issued ID (if different from the guest)
Guests must stop by the front desk the following day to complete the in-person verification process and validate all identification documents.
Company Card Authorizations
Reservations paid using a company credit card require:
- A signed registration/payment authorization form from the cardholder
- A copy of the cardholder’s government-issued ID
- Confirmation sent from a valid company email domain associated with the business
Failure to Provide Required Documentation
If valid identification or payment verification documents cannot be provided, the hotel reserves the right to:
- Decline check-in
- Cancel the reservation
- Uphold all applicable cancellation policies, including non-refundable reservations
If the cardholder’s ID cannot be validated, the original payment may be refunded and a new valid form of payment will be required at check-in.
By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
